speedmeister: I have checked your account and everything looks fine. Please make sure you're entering the correct email address and Stardock.net account password under Tools->Edit Stardock.net account in Stardock Central.
Once you've re-entered this information, please close out of and open Stardock Central again. Please also make sure you've entered the correct serial number for Object Desktop. This can be obtained by entering your email address at https://www.stardock.com/support Email support@stardock.com if you're still having trouble, as I can give you the information we have on record there.
